Company employees were invited to nominate their company online via the Charger website Healthy Employer Award banner. Two companies were selected from the qualifying entries. QCMI submitted a comprehensive entry which included documentation on: company information; wellness strategy; wellness leadership engagement and culture; wellness programs and initiatives; wellness infrastructure; wellness education and communication; program measurement and evaluation; and comprehensive summary.

“It’s truly exciting to add this honor to our 2013 San Diego’s #5 Healthiest Company award in the Small Business Category from the San Diego Business Journal,” said Founder and CEO Bob Grande. “UnitedHealthcare and the Chargers know a good wellness plan can help employees and a business like QCMI grow healthy.”
